Some human resources directors had anticipated, upon re-entry, an end of year what they call "negotiations of compensation": the challenge of the pension reform seems to influence the ongoing wage negotiations. Among the most recent, many are those which gave rise to some stoppages. Bosch has to experience. Just before the opening of the mandatory annual negotiations (NAO), the intersyndicale (CGT-FO-South) had launched a "strike by rolling" on the site of Rodez. One case among others. The challenge also caught Rhodia early December. The strike was followed by 14 of the employees posted direction (80 according to the CGT). The movements have also affected ArcelorMittal (Alsace), specialist of Aeronautics Artus (region of Angers) or even Valtimet, in Côte-d'Or, which depends on the Vallourec group.
"There is undoubtedly a radicalization of the claims in company later in the protest movements related to the pension reform", admits the Director of human resources of a large industrial group. And pointing including the CGT and South.

More generous trend
A different view prevails in Rhodia, who believes that the negotiations have not been "harsher" than in previous years. Trade unions in the company, they believe that the "firm has paid": the strike would have forced management to accept to include the seniority bonus in the 13emois and change the mode of calculation of minimum wages.

Same observation at Rhodia, which completed its negotiations on the eve of the weekend. In the end, the agreement made public Friday provides an average increase - collective and individual - 3.1. While the increase in the budget of individual increases to 3,000 euros lower wages reached 3.5.
Finding success in Eminence
But all negotiations does not necessarily both ends for employees: the Eminence (knitted) Group sites have been affected by strikes until mid-December. If 13emois, the employees claimed premiums of end of year and profit-sharing and a 3 wage increase. They got a bonus of 1,000 euros - little more than that originally proposed branch - and an increase limited to 2.3 per cent for the lower wages to 3.000 euros and 1.9 for others. More generally, employees must still be resolved, this year, a minimum wage increase limited to a strict minimum, namely 1.6 per cent in January, according to a decree published Saturday in the "Official Journal". As every year since 2007, the Government has rejected any help in addition to the mechanical increase in the minimum wage.
